Single-location dealer management system: Everything you need to run one dealership.
Nothing you have to outgrow.
DealerRock gives a single-location marine or RV dealership one easy-to-use DMS for sales, CRM, service, parts, inventory, customer communication, payments and reporting.
Set it up around the way your store runs today, and keep the same platform if the business grows.
Simple for one location. Built on the same DealerRock platform used by larger dealer groups.

One location. One complete DMS.
One store doesn't mean a simple business.
DealerRock is a cloud-based dealer management system for single-location marine and RV dealerships.
You still have customers to follow up with, units to sell, repair orders to manage, technicians to schedule, parts to order and inventory to keep straight.
DealerRock puts that work in one system without making a single-location team deal with unnecessary complexity.
One system instead of a stack of tools
Sales, service, parts and inventory all work from the same customer and unit information instead of separate spreadsheets, apps and whiteboards.
Easy for people who wear more than one hat
One employee may help with sales, answer the phone and cover the parts counter. DealerRock makes it easier to move between departments without learning disconnected systems.
Room to grow
Start with one store. Keep DealerRock if you add another.
The same DealerRock platform. Set up for one location.
A single-location dealership runs on the same core DealerRock platform as a larger dealer group. The difference is how it is set up for your business.
Use the departments and capabilities you need, configure the system around the people you have and keep the day-to-day experience simple.
Sales & CRM
Leads, customers, quotes and deals using the inventory already in DealerRock.
Service
Repair orders, scheduling, technicians, approvals and customer communication.
Parts
Inventory, purchasing, receiving and service demand.
Unit Inventory
Boats or RVs, motors, trailers, pricing, photos and history.
Customer Communications
Texting, estimates, approvals and payments tied to the customer.
Reporting
Current dealership information using the same records your team works with every day.
Storage & Slip Management
Manage customer storage, slips and recurring billing without creating another customer list.
Electronic Signatures
Send supported documents for signature without printing, scanning and filing them later.
Easy to learn
Your team shouldn't need weeks to learn the DMS.
At a single-location dealership, employees often move between jobs all day. The same person may answer a sales call, look up a part and check on a service customer.
DealerRock keeps customer and unit information together and uses the same familiar interface across the dealership, so employees can get comfortable with the system quickly.
- Clean screens with the information employees actually need
- Fewer separate systems to learn
- Browser-based access from desktop, tablet or phone
- Set up around your departments and processes
- Training focused on the work each employee actually does

U.S.-based support
When you need help, you get people who know DealerRock.
A single-location dealership usually does not have an internal DMS administrator or IT team standing by. When something comes up, you need an answer from somebody who understands the product and can actually help.
DealerRock's support team is based in the U.S. We respond quickly, route questions to the person best suited to handle them and stay close to the dealers using the system every day.
U.S.-based team
Work with a DealerRock team based in the U.S. that understands the product and the dealerships using it.
Your question goes to the right person
A question about accounting, service, implementation or another part of DealerRock should reach the person who knows that area — not bounce around a generic help desk.
Responsive support
When your dealership is trying to get something done, waiting days for a basic answer is not good enough. We work to respond quickly and keep the issue moving.
We listen to dealer feedback
Support is not a wall between the dealer and the product team. We pay attention to what dealers are asking for, and that feedback regularly makes its way into the product.
From dealers using it every day
Don't take our word for it.
“After trying multiple major brand DMS systems and talking to many others, we are happy to have found DealerRock. It has made our jobs and processes so much easier. Their platform is significantly better than the other systems available. They are not even close.”

Room to grow
One location today. More when you're ready.
A lot of dealers buy software for the business they have today and end up replacing it when they outgrow it.
DealerRock is different. A single store runs on the same core platform as a multi-location dealer group. If you open another location, you extend the system you already know instead of starting another DMS project.
Your team keeps the same software. Customers and inventory can extend across locations. Management can gain a group-wide view as the business grows.

Getting started
We don't hand you a login and tell you to figure it out.
We work through how your store is set up, what data needs to move and what each department needs to learn before go-live.
Set up around your store
Locations, departments, taxes, permissions, service statuses and other settings are configured around the way your dealership operates.
Move the data that matters
We review the data available from your current system, explain what can move and work through anything that needs a decision before go-live.
Train by department
Sales does not need the same training as parts, and technicians do not need the same training as management. We focus training on the part of DealerRock each employee will actually use.
Pricing for the dealership you actually have
DealerRock pricing is based on your locations, users and the capabilities your dealership needs.
Single-location questions
Not seeing your question? Ask us directly.
Is DealerRock too much system for one store?
No. DealerRock is set up around the departments, users and capabilities your dealership needs. A single location runs on the same core platform as larger dealer groups, without making the day-to-day experience more complicated than it needs to be.
Is DealerRock a "small dealership" version of the product?
No. Single-location dealers use the same core DealerRock platform. You are not buying a starter edition that has to be replaced if the business grows.
Do we need a dealership server or IT staff?
DealerRock runs in the browser and is hosted on Microsoft Azure. There is no DealerRock server to maintain at the dealership.
Do we have to give up QuickBooks?
No. DealerRock integrates with QuickBooks® Online so supported dealership transactions can move into the accounting system your team already uses. See integrations.
What happens if we open a second location?
You keep DealerRock. Add the location to the same platform and expand customers, inventory, permissions and reporting across the group as needed. See the multi-location page.
What does DealerRock support look like?
DealerRock's support team is based in the U.S. Questions are routed to the person or team best suited to help, and dealer feedback stays close to the people building the product.
Who helps us get set up?
DealerRock implementation covers configuration, data migration and department-specific training before go-live. See the implementation page.
Show us how your store runs. We'll show you DealerRock.
Tell us who does what, what systems you use today and where your team loses time. We'll build the demo around your dealership — not a generic software tour.
