Multi-location DMS: One DMS across every location.

Running multiple stores is hard enough without each location becoming its own island. DealerRock gives your group one system while each store gets the autonomy to operate how it operates.

Does this sound familiar?

Separate systems per store

Every location keeps its own version of the truth, and the group must reconcile it by spreadsheet at month end.

Invisible inventory

A customer walks because the salesperson could not see the boat or RV sitting at your other store.

Process drift

Each store runs service its own way, so group reporting compares numbers that were never calculated the same.

One system across the group

Give management one view across all locations without making individual stores harder to run.

Management can scan the whole group and still drill down into a single store, without logging into every store separately.

The group determines

  • Common service statuses and processes
  • User roles and permissions
  • How records are named and structured
  • What the reports mean across stores

The store keeps

  • Its own customers, units, and open work
  • Access limited to the stores it works in
  • Day-to-day operating flexibility
  • Store-level reporting for its own managers

One customer relationship

Your customer doesn't start over at the next store.

A customer may shop at one location, buy from another and return for service at yet another. Authorized employees can see the history across locations, so the relationship stays with the dealership group.

One Group inventory

Sell from the group's inventory, not just the units outside your window.

Let salespeople find inventory at other stores when the right boat or RV is not on their lot. Losing a customer because another store had the right unit is easily avoidable.

Consistency

Keep stores consistent where it matters.

Standardize the things the group needs to control, like service statuses, reporting and user roles, while giving individual locations room to handle the differences in their operation.

Customer history across stores

The relationship stays with the dealership group as customers move between locations.

Inventory across the group

Salespeople can see beyond the units sitting on their own lot.

Access by location

Give employees access to the stores and information they actually need.

Group reporting

Every store reports from the same system, so your numbers line up.

Proof

Three rooftops. Six years. One DMS.

“We looked at every notable system on the market to find marine service and inventory software. Nothing touches DealerRock for ease of use and ROI. We’ve run three rooftops on it for six years and would never go back.”

Multi-location DMS questions

Not seeing your question? Ask us directly.

Do we need a separate system for each location?

No. That's exactly the problem our DMS solves. All locations run on one DealerRock platform with location context on the data, instead of separate installs that have to be reconciled later.

Can a salesperson see inventory at another store?

Yes. Being able to see the whole group is one of the main reasons multi-location dealers move to DealerRock. Authorized users can answer "do we have one?" for the whole group instead of just their store.

What if our stores operate differently today?

Most groups are in exactly that position, often because of acquisitions. DealerRock lets you standardize what matters at the group level while leaving each store the flexibility it needs day to day. Implementation is where we work through which is which.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. With DealerRock, roles and permissions are defined centrally and applied by location, so users see the stores and functions relevant to their job. Meanwhile, leadership can see across all locations at once.

Can we add locations to this DMS later?

Yes. Adding a store is a normal operation, not a migration project with DealerRock. Pricing scales with locations, and we will walk you through how it all works before you sign.

How is this different from your enterprise offering?

It is the same DMS platform. The enterprise page speaks to larger groups with more involved implementation, integration, security review, and commercial requirements.

Show us your locations. We'll show you how DealerRock connects them.

Bring the questions your store managers would ask. We'll show you how shared data, permissions, and reporting actually work across a group.
