Boat dealership software: Marine dealer management software built for how boat dealerships actually operate.
Marine dealerships are more complex than automotive. A single sale can involve the boat, engines, trailer, rigging, trades, financing, and F&I, while service has its own warranty and parts demands. Add consignment and brokerage, and it becomes clear why marine dealers need software built around the way they actually operate.
DealerRock is boat dealer software built for exactly that world.

A boat is not just another stock number.
Build and sell the complete unit, including the boat, engines, trailer, factory options, and dealer-installed equipment. DealerRock keeps everything connected through quoting and the final deal, including the details that make every custom order different.
That same customer can come back for service, warranty, winterization, accessories, storage, upgrades and another boat.
DealerRock keeps that whole relationship connected.
Sales & CRM
Turn more boat leads into delivered deals.
Capture leads from your website, marketplaces, OEMs, and events, then build quotes from live inventory or custom configurations. DealerRock's boat sales software keeps the customer, boat, trade, and deal connected from the first conversation through delivery, without making your sales team enter the same information twice.

Marine dealership software questions
Not seeing your question? Ask us directly.
Is DealerRock a full marine dealer management system or just a CRM?
A full marine dealer management system: sales and CRM, unit inventory, service, parts, storage and slips, payments and reporting on one set of customer and unit records, with accounting connected to QuickBooks®.
Does DealerRock DMS handle engines and trailers separately from the boat?
Yes. A unit carries its engines and trailer as attached records with their own serial numbers and detail, not free text in a notes field. That matters when you are doing warranty work on the engine two years after the boat sale. You can also move trailer and engines easily across units.
Can this marine DMS track HIN and registration information?
Yes. Hull identification, registration, and boat, RV, engine, or other major unit specifications are part of the unit record and stay with it through service and resale, all within our DMS.
Does the dealer management system handle consignment and brokerage?
Yes. Consignment and brokerage sales are supported, including fees carried from the unit through the quote and deal, and an owner disbursement statement showing exactly what the seller is paid. See our July 2026 DealerRock DMS product update.
What about rigging and pre-delivery work?
Rigging and prep are handled as service work tied to the unit, so the labor and parts that go into getting a boat water-ready are captured against the unit rather than lost.
Can we capture leads from listing sites?
Yes. With our marine DMS, leads from supported sources including Boat Trader and OnlyInboards, plus your own website, import into the CRM automatically with the source recorded. We even support lead integration with several major manufacturers. See integrations.
Is there a marine dealer management app for phones and tablets?
DealerRock runs in the browser on any phone or tablet, so it works as a marine dealer management app with nothing to install. Technicians, salespeople and managers use it on the lot, in the shop and at the show.
Do you support multi-location marine groups?
Yes. Our marine DMS is designed to scale with dealer groups. That means you can share customers, track inventory across stores, simplify cross-store transfers and access information by location. See the multi-location page.

We'll tailor the demo around your inventory, brands, departments, locations, and current DMS.
